Return Policy Apply to Online Purchases Only
After receiving the returned Products, Jims Heating and Cooling will issue a store credit or refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
All returned items will be subject to inspection by our Warehouse Technician for verification. A refund will only be issued under the conditions listed below.

Jims Heating and Cooling reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy without notice.
Defective Item Return
Defective products installed by a fully licensed tradesperson will be covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty and repaired or replaced as per the Manufacturer’s Warranty Terms and Conditions.
Non-Defective Item Return (Buyer’s Remorse)
Item(s) must be returned in original packaged, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty card(s) and Items must be in their original condition without scratches, dents, or any other type of blemishes. Items returned in any other manner than described above, will be subject to a pro-rated fee (up to 100%) and partial or no credit shall be issued.
The re-stocking fee for these Products will be 15% of the original purchase price, or $75 (whichever is lower). Where a product listing specifically excludes returns under this policy, no returns under this policy will be permitted.
You must return the Products for which you are seeking a store credit or refund at Your own cost and You must comply with the directions for returning the Product that Jims Heating and Cooling staff provide to You.
